We believe in providing diverse sporting pathways to capture the unique talent of every young learner. Our physical education program includes:
District Level Success & Support
Last year (2025), Waterloo Rd ECD Center was ranked No. 1 out of 8 schools in primary sporting activities, dominating in **Athletics** and earning the honor of representing other schools at the district level.
Addressing Social Challenges
Some of our learners faced hardships and were disadvantaged from competing further due to not having **birth certificates**. Our school leadership is actively working with parents to support families in obtaining these vital documents, ensuring no child is held back from their potential.
Broadening Horizons with Annual Trips
We go for **1 educational trip per year** to give children a chance to explore new settings outside Shamva. Last year, our learners went locally to visit the premium Executive Lodge and Rosella Chicken outlet, which provided an excellent hospitality and local entrepreneurship experience.
