Waterloo Road School is the long-term development project connected to Waterloo Rd ECD Center. The vision is to build a rural boarding school that can serve learners from Shamva and surrounding communities.

Already Underway at the Family Home
The boarding school project has already started development at the family’s rural home in Shamva. The aim is to create an educational boarding sanctuary that provides not only safe and clean accommodation but also quality primary instruction, deep-set moral discipline, and high community values.
By capitalizing on the lessons, teacher allowances structures, and parent relationships formed during our initial years, this boarding institution represents our commitment to Shamva's long-term educational infrastructure.
Tamutsukurira Trust Governance
Managed under a family trust governance structure, key development initiatives—including procuring critical equipment and planning the campus layouts—have been subsidized by Mr. Changata and family donors.
All development plans align with full registration targets and primary school syllabus guidelines.
